The Peoria County Health Department Medical Reserve Corps is an all volunteer agency that employs medical and non-medical volunteers alike in disaster missions specifically serving our county.
The MRC Concept was created in 2002 in response to evolving needs. During the weeks following Sept. 11, 2001, Americans across the country asked, "What can I do to help?"
- Utica Tornado
- Parsons Tornado
